This song, "My Type" is my new favourite, hence why its at the top of my list. I heard this song on the radio and I 'Shezamed' it and then promptly forgot about it. Then when I was watching a movie, 'Mr Right,' with Sam Rockwell, Tim Roth and Anna Kendrick. As soon as I heard it again, i bought it. And played it again and again and added it to my fav playlist on my iTunes. Bonus, the video is good as well.
Saint Motel is an American indie pop band from Los Angeles, whose music has been described as everything from "dream pop" to "indie prog." The band consists of A. J. Jackson, Aaron Sharp, Dak Lerdamornpong, and Greg Erwin.
B52's
This song, "Planet Claire" is a classic. When people talk to me about the B 52's, they start with Love shack. That's when I break out the red and yellow albums and say, "I think you need to hear this". Full Volume. Sensational.
The B-52s are an American new wave band formed in Athens, Georgia, in 1976. The original line-up consisted of Fred Schneider, Kate Pierson, Cindy Wilson, Ricky Wilson, and Keith Strickland. Ricky Wilson died from AIDS-related illness in 1985, and Strickland switched from drums to lead guitar.
